| I have a MaxCare plan for my car (purchased at CarMax), and Aguirre Auto Service is listed as a RepairPal Certified center. I needed to get my AC looked at since it wasn?t working quite right. Even that aside, this place is highly rated. I did my homework and researched this place. I called to make an appointment to drop my car off, and even though it was a month out, they only had my car for a week, which was okay with me! My AC works like a champ, and thankfully got it fixed before Summer arrives. They were able to give me estimates, even with my MaxCare plan, time estimates for when the parts would arrive and for labor. This shop is very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and has some of the best customer service I?ve experienced. I?m really a fan of the way they provide reports and photos of your vehicle. I will continue doing business with Aguirre Auto Service when I need work done on a vehicle and will recommend them to others in need! |
